The chassis, cabin and all metal parts are manufactured in the Zarrin Kopal Poya factory using assembly and manufacturing fixtures. All parts manufacturing drawings are sent to CATIA software with a 3D scanner with an accuracy of 5 microns, and after analyzing the parts and materials, its manufacturing drawings are prepared.
In this machine, ST52, MO40, CK45 steels and wear-resistant steel are used to manufacture the chassis, bucket, arm and cabin.
The machine cabin is built based on the ROPS & FOPS design and standard and is equipped with a complete air conditioning system, security sensors, display panel and sound system.
